Together We Can, LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit togetherwecan.app, contact us through our website or use the Together We Can mobile app.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account information, messages sent through our website, discussion posts, replies, reports, followed projects and notification preferences.

The app may also collect a city, state or ZIP code that you enter. If you grant location permission, the app may use your device’s location to display nearby projects. We may receive technical information needed to operate and secure our services, such as device identifiers, push-notification tokens, IP addresses, browser or device information and diagnostic data.

We use information to operate and improve our website and app, provide project information, display nearby projects, manage accounts and discussions, send requested alerts and push notifications, respond to messages, moderate content, prevent misuse and maintain security.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our services, including GoDaddy for our website and contact form, Supabase for app authentication and data storage, and Apple for app distribution and push notifications. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our services or the public.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Public discussion content may remain visible until it is removed by the user or Together We Can.

You may change location and notification permissions through your device settings. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information and account by emailing contact@togetherwecan.app. Some information may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our services are not directed to children younger than 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children younger than 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Discussion posts, replies and the display name associated with them may be visible to other users. Do not include sensitive personal information in public discussions.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.
